Aims and objectives of the Association of Green Building
The aim of the "Association of Green Building" is promoting the idea of green building (ecological construction) awareness and encourage changes in professional and general public in the way of planning, design and construction of buildings and their use, with the goal of sustainability according to the interests of users of these facilities.
In order to achieve the objectives "of green building association" will work on the implementation of the following tasks:
- The Association will deal with informing, education and promotion of green building at all levels with the help of educational institutions, local government and supporting institutions.
- Representation of interests of members , to influence the changes in the law and compliance by the standards of green building for sustainable development and the applicability of the same.
- Offer higher education resources and information on sustainability and green building practices.
- Training of experts on the implementation of renewable energy (Energy Efficiency) in construction as well as protect the environment.
- Promoting green building investors , users and argumentation on the economic interest of investment in facilities such as incentives to their long-term sustainability,
- Encouraging the introduction of new standards in educational institutions in order to appear as a product of new young staff trained in planning,design and construction of buildings according to green building standards.
- Connection and cooperation with the manufacturers of building materials and encourage them to innovate for the production of the green building standards.
